The Beach Retreat & Lodge at Tahoe is where our wedding will be taking place.

Our recommendation would be to book the beachfront or partial lake view options.

Check in is at 4 pm. Early check in may be available.

Check out is at 11 am

1. Go to our website and click on ‘Book Now’ https://www.tahoebeachretreat.com/

2. Enter in your check in and check out dates, select ‘Check Availability’

3. A new window will open for the selected dates. On the left, click the ‘+ Add Group Code’ type in the group code ‘KP25’ then click ‘Update’.

4. The window will refresh with the room options for the check in and check out dates selected. Select ‘Book Now’ next to the preferred room type and continue with making the reservation by entering in your information.

To book more than one night, click on the EDIT Button at the top of the page.

Click on the Check In – Check Out Box which will take you to a calendar

Holding down on the shift key – click on the arrival, then the departure date

Click on Update

Scroll down and book preferred room type by clicking on the Book Now box.

Lakeland Village Resort at Heavenly is within walking distance to our venue. They are available for rent through Airbnb, VRBO, or their rental website Vacasa.

This ia a great option for our larger families, or our guests who want a little more room.

We do not have a room block with Lakeland Village Resort at Heavenly.
